Job summary

Travelodge in Bracknell is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment during the night shift. No previous experience is required as we provide training to help you succeed.

You may also help with routine hotel setup, breakfast preparation, and occasional behind-the-bar service, contributing to a smooth, guest-centered operation overnight.

• Greet guests and check them in at the hotel reception.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues, including noise complaints.
• Assist with daily hotel setup, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them into Travelodge Bracknell.
• Walk the corridors and monitor guest comfort during night shift.
• Address noise issues and evictions as needed.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and set up for the next day.
• Assist with breakfast preparation and occasional bar service.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
