Job summary

Travelodge is seeking a Night Reception Team Member for a part-time shift at our Gravesend hotel. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help maintain a calm, friendly overnight environment.

No previous hospitality experience is required as full training will be provided. You’ll set up the hotel for the next day, prepare housekeeping trolleys, assist with breakfast prep, and may help behind the bar at times.

• No prior hospitality experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in, maintaining a friendly overnight atmosphere.
• Walk corridors to monitor noise and respond to disturbances, including evictions if necessary.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and set up the hotel for the next day, including breakfast prep.
• Serve behind the bar at times and assist with other front-desk tasks as needed.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
