Job summary

Travelodge is seeking a Night Reception Team Member to join our friendly team at Travelodge. This Full Time role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, and helping ensure a smooth overnight operation.

No previous experience is required; we provide coaching and training. You’ll sometimes help prepare breakfast service, set up trolleys and assist with late-night duties, in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Flexible with night shifts.

Responsibilities

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
