Job summary

Travelodge Leicester Hinckley Road is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help ensure the hotel runs smoothly overnight, with a friendly, supportive team.

No prior experience is required as we will coach you. You may also assist with setting up the hotel for the next day, restocking trolleys, breakfast prep and occasional bar service, in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full coaching provided.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at night reception.
• Walk corridors and respond to issues such as noise complaints and evictions.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prep housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar as needed.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times"
