Job summary

Travelodge Harrogate Tower Street is recruiting a Night Reception Team Member on a Full Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help run a smooth overnight operation within a friendly, family-feel team.

No experience is required; you will be coached and trained. You may walk the corridors, handle noise complaints or evictions, and prepare the hotel for the next day, including setting up housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk the corridors to monitor guest comfort and safety.
• Deal with noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys.
• Assist with breakfast service and occasional bar service.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
