Travelodge Letchworth Garden City is seeking a Night Reception Team Member for a Part Time contract. You will join a fun, supportive team with flexible working to suit everyone, and no previous experience is required as training is provided.

Your duties include welcoming guests and checking them in, patrolling corridors, handling noise issues, and getting the hotel ready for the next day—such as preparing housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in.
• Walk the hotel corridors and address noise complaints or disturbances.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and set up for the next day.
• Assist with breakfast service and, when needed, serve behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
