Job summary

Travelodge Oldham Chadderton is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Full Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help run the hotel smoothly through the night. No experience required; full training is provided.

You’ll contribute to a fun, supportive team environment with flexible working and opportunities to progress via Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the desk.
• Walking the corridors at intervals and addressing noise or disturbances.
• Setting up the hotel for the following day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Occasionally serving behind the bar during shifts.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
