Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) is seeking a Night Reception Team Member to join our friendly hotel team on a full-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help cover night-time operations with a supportive, flexible schedule.

No experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll help prepare for the next day, tidy public areas, assist with breakfast setup, and may occasionally serve behind the bar as part of a lively hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in during night shift
• Walk the corridors and monitor guest activity to maintain safety and comfort
• Handle noise complaints and evictions as required
• Set up hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep
• Serve behind the bar at times as part of the team

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
