Job summary

Renaissance London Heathrow is seeking a Night Porter to deliver outstanding service throughout the night. You will manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, provide information on facilities and local attractions, and respond promptly to inquiries.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and excellent English communication. 4-star hotel experience is an advantage; uniform and meals are provided, with growth opportunities within the Arora group.

Qualifications

• Night porter role experience preferred.
• 4-star hotel experience in a similar role is a real advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
