Job summary

Renaissance London Heathrow is seeking a Night Porter to deliver excellent guest service throughout the night shift. You will check-in/out guests efficiently, provide information on facilities and local area, and resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Night porter experience or strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Smart and professional appearance.
• Team player with proactive attitude.
• 4-star hotel experience is a plus.
• Opera PMS and Micros experience is a plus.
