As our Night Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality dishes are prepared while the world sleeps. This is a 48‑hour contract, full‑time position, 5 days a week, with a shift pattern of 11pm – 9am.

Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive, British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard.

We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Your day at Aqua:

• Meal Preparation and Crafting Recipes for Success: Skillfully prepare and cook a variety of dishes during the night shift, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Night Operations: Oversee the kitchen operations during the night, ensuring it is well‑stocked, organised and clean, while maintaining a smooth workflow and adhering to food safety standards.

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £11,992.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
