Unite Group is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead night shifts, ensuring the property remains safe, secure and well managed. You will oversee the night team, coordinate responses, and act as the escalation point for incidents and resident needs.

You will work closely with the wider property team to ensure seamless handovers between shifts, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and support residents as needed.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in hospitality, housing, or property environments.
• Ability to manage incidents calmly and decisively.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead night operations, ensuring the property remains safe, secure and well maintained.
• Supervise and support the night team with clear direction and high service standards.
• Act as the main escalation point for incidents and resident needs during night shifts.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, coordinating effective resolution and recording actions.
• Carry out safety checks and audits to ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor property standards and ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Manage rotas and attendance for efficient coverage and resources.
• Oversee contractor access and on-site activity to ensure safe work.
• Maintain clear handovers with the day team for continuity of operations.
• Support residents with queries or concerns, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
