100 Queen's Gate Hotel London is seeking a Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s nightly operations and uphold service and operation standards. You’ll handle front desk duties, coordinate between departments, and ensure staff are in place to support a smooth night shift in the Curio Collection by Hilton setting.

Responsibilities

• Contacts the Hotel Manager /Front Office Manager in case of an extreme emergency
• Ensures the hotel’s ‘walk around’ is completed according to the check list
• Ensures all departments are well organised, properly staffed and the night’s operation is running in line with the hotel’s night standards
• Makes sure all night employees are in their work place
• Keeps a positive spirit among night team members and ensures efficient coordination between departments
• Receives lost articles, handles calls regarding lost property and maintains an accurate record of this information in order to forward it to housekeeping on a daily basis
• Stays abreast of current and new industry technology relating to function
• Adopting a flexible approach and attitude to ensure high standards of service are consistently achieved
• Performs required duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objective of the position
• Greets and smiles at guests and customers when coming across them on the hotel grounds
• Assists colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary
• To support early shift and late shift receptionist by being present on the desk and helping out with Front office operations including guest complaints.
