Qualifications

• Previous operational experience as a Night Manager or a senior Front Office role.
• Proven ability to lead a night team and maintain service quality.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Conduct regular team meetings with Supervisors and Staff to review KPIs and action plans.
• Manage emergency procedures and safe evacuations during night operations.
