Job summary

The Imperial London Hotels Limited is recruiting a Night Manager for our Tavistock Hotel in London. You will oversee night operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure safety, while guiding a team across front office functions to maintain high standards of service.

We value leadership, organisation, and a calm presence under pressure, with experience in hospitality operations and familiarity with Opera PMS as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Manager or Senior Front Office/Duty Manager.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to priorities.
• Customer-focused hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Conduct regular team meetings with Supervisors and Staff to discuss KPIs, targets, and guest feedback and implement action plans.
• Manage emergency procedures during the night shift, including safe evacuations.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and effective team motivation.
• Collaborate with Front Office Manager to maintain service standards.
