100 Queen's Gate Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations during shifts, acting as the first point of contact for guests and staff to ensure seamless service across all departments.

You will lead and support the front office and wider hotel team, monitor safety procedures, liaise with other departments, and maintain high standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant London setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.

The Role

As our Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the hotel and ensure everything runs smoothly during your shift. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and staff, handling any issues with professionalism and care, while keeping operations seamless across all departments.

What You’ll Do

• Take responsibility for hotel operations during your shift.
• Be the go-to person for guest queries, requests, and problem resolution.

• Monitor safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Liaise with other departments to keep service standards high.
• Provide clear handovers and updates for the management team.

The Person

As well as having previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role, you’re confident, approachable, and guest-focused. You stay calm under pressure, lead by example, and make sound decisions on the spot. You know hotel operations inside out, are comfortable using systems and reports, and enjoy supporting your team to deliver excellent service every time.
