You will lead and support the front office and wider hotel team, monitor safety procedures, liaise with other departments, and maintain high standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant London setting.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Confident, approachable, and guest-focused.
• Comfortable using hotel systems and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hotel operations during shifts.

• Support and guide the front office and wider hotel team.
