Job summary

Second Nature is seeking a Night Supervisor to help keep the property safe, secure and welcoming during night hours. You’ll be part of the core team, responding to guest requests, patrolling corridors and supporting the Night Manager.

You’ll act with calm professionalism, balance attentiveness with efficiency, and ensure guests feel looked after during the quiet hours. This role offers training from day one and clear paths to wider opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Night shift experience preferred.
• Comfort with monitoring systems and basic security procedures.
• Calm, professional approach to unexpected situations.
• Ability to work independently during quiet periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and room issues during night hours.
• Patrol common areas and monitor security systems.
• Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for urgent room issues.
• Keep clear records of night-time activity.
• Guide guests during emergencies if needed.
