Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant (Nights) to welcome residents, answer inquiries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our student accommodation. You’ll help with check-ins, viewings and issue resolution, contributing to a safe, vibrant community.

You’ll work nights as part of a friendly property team, delivering excellent customer service and supporting events and safety processes. Previous guest or resident-facing experience is helpful.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment is valued.
• Demonstrates ability to deliver great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Be proactive, organized and comfortable in a busy and varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests; works well in a team.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Respond to maintenance issues and raise requests for resolution as needed.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures to keep the property safe and compliant.
• Assist with emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards in communal areas and ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
