Rosewood London is seeking a proactive Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations and act as Duty Manager. You will provide visible leadership to the night team and ensure seamless transitions between evening, night and morning shifts.

With a solid understanding of Front Office procedures, you will ensure tasks are completed accurately, guest needs are met with care, and the property is prepped for the following day, while maintaining Rosewood’s high service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of night operations and front office standards.
• Experience with cashiering and end-of-shift reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication to guide overnight teams.
