Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Office Guest Relations team and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will supervise service delivery, maintain Rosewood standards, and act as the face of our hospitality culture.

The role requires strong team leadership, a passion for guest service, and a proactive, organised approach to daily tasks in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation within high-end hospitality.
• Ability to lead a Front Office/Guest Relations team.
• Well organised and proactive in task management.
• Engaging presence to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Thorough understanding of Front Desk operations and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Guest Relations team to ensure memorable guest experiences.
• Provide service in accordance with Rosewood standards across the Front Office.
• Oversee Front Desk operations and maintain knowledge of all hotel areas and procedures.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly at all times.
