Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s overnight operation, acting as Duty Manager and leading the night team.

You will ensure all Front Office procedures are followed, handle guest requests with care, and prepare the property for the morning shift. The role emphasizes leadership, service excellence, and adherence to Rosewood standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel Front Office operations and night shifts.
• Strong knowledge of night audit, cashiering and security procedures.
• Excellent guest service orientation with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reception and the wider hotel operation throughout the night, coordinating responsibilities and supporting departments with any operational challenges.
• Take full responsibility as Duty Manager, responding to incidents and guest concerns promptly while ensuring every matter is recorded and followed through appropriately.
• Deliver personal and attentive service, responding to guest requests with care and proactively identifying opportunities to create Moments of Magic.
• Complete night audit and cashiering responsibilities accurately, ensuring closing reports, receipts and designated cashier reports are balanced and secured.
• Manage overnight arrivals, no-shows, room allocations and hotel inventory while ensuring preparations for the morning shift are completed to the required standard.
• Lead, support and train the night team, reinforcing LQA, Forbes and Rosewood standards while providing clear and thorough operational handovers.
