Job summary

Soho House, Redchurch Townhouse in East London, is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight front desk operations, ensure safety, and respond to member enquiries. You will act as an ambassador for the Soho House brand, supporting staff, members and guests in line with the ethos.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar capacity, the ability to solve problems under pressure, and a hospitality-driven mindset. Expect flexible shifts, with extensive staff training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of Opera, Micros and Adaco is advantageous.
• Understanding of local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations during evening and overnight shifts.
• Ensure safety and manage guest and member enquiries.
• Be an ambassador for the Soho House brand and uphold its ethos.
• Anticipate guest needs and train staff to deliver service excellence.
• Maintain daily deadlines, reports, and financial declarations.
• Induct and develop night staff and manage the team to targets.
