Job summary

The Savoy in London is seeking a Night Manager to guard the property overnight, oversee all operations, and ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests while preparing the team for the day ahead.

You will lead a luxury night shift, maintain service standards, manage incidents, coordinate with the Front Office Manager, and drive training and communication to deliver five-star service on every shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
• You drive a high performance culture, setting clear expectations and holding your team accountable.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all night shift operations and ensure seamless communication between departments.
• Act as primary point of contact for guests during the night and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain safety, security and incident reporting during the night.
• Lead training sessions and develop a positive, high-performance night team.
• Collaborate with Front Office Manager to implement SOPs and procedures.
