Night Guest Services Supervisor – Ty Milford Waterfront

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you thrive in a night-time environment and enjoy being the go-to person when it matters most? If so, we'd love to welcome you to our team as a Night Guest Services Supervisor at the stunning Ty Milford Waterfront.

As our Night Guest Services Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of the hotel during the night shift. You'll lead and support the Night Guest Services Team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the night operation across all departments
  • Completing the night audit process to Celtic Collection standards
  • Preparing the hotel for the next day's business
  • Managing emergency procedures and ensuring guest safety
  • Supporting and mentoring team members
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across public and back-of-house areas
  • Coordinating overnight room service and bar operations
  • Ensuring accurate guest billing and reporting

Qualifications and attributes:

  • Experienced in guest-facing or customer service roles (night or lone working experience essential)
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure and highly organised
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
