Job summary

The Cura Kensington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, in West London invites a Night Supervisor to lead overnight Front Office operations with a focus on guest service, safety, and accurate night audits. The role requires independent, calm decision-making and collaboration with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams.

As a full-time night shift leader, you will oversee guest requests, maintain security, and ensure seamless handovers to the morning team while upholding Marriott

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel Front Office role, preferably supervisory level.
• Experience working night shifts within a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel financial processes.
• Experience using Opera PMS or a similar hotel management system is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations throughout the night, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Manage late arrivals, early departures, guest requests, and overnight enquiries efficiently.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Ensure VIP arrivals, special requests, and early morning departures are prepared in advance.
• Conduct regular checks of the lobby, reception, and public areas to maintain cleanliness and hotel standards.
• Support Food & Beverage and other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Ensure all guest information and outstanding matters are accurately recorded and communicated to the morning team.
• Maintain a smooth handover between night and day shifts.
