Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Reception Manager - Night to lead night-time front desk operations and support the night audit process, ensuring guest safety and seamless service in the absence of senior management.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability and knowledge of Opera PMS. The hotel offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development within a global group.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi task.
• Capacity to proactively manage the operation.
• Knowledge of Opera, H&S, large hotel operations.
• Skill in communication, guest service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House Operations during the night shift.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate within all Departments to fulfil duties.
• Support Night Auditors and Reception ensuring high standards at the Reception Desk.
• Ensure market segment, nationalities and rates are tracked and posted.
• Ensure all rooms are saleable and maximise availability.
• Organise and control administration and operation of book-outs when required.
