Merlin Entertainments at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Front of House Assistant for Nights to join a busy overnight hotel operations team. You will support the Night Coordinator, ensure guest safety, and help manage night-reception activities with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a background in hospitality or front-of-house roles. This is a 5-out-of-7 night shift position with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hands-on and proactive approach.
• Night shift experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Coordinator in delivering safe overnight hotel operations.
• Conduct regular security patrols and maintain guest safety.
• Assist night reception activities and handle administrative tasks.
• Replenish hotel stock and maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest areas.
