LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is looking for a Front of House Assistant (Nights) to join our AWESOME hotel team in Windsor. The role supports the Night Coordinator to ensure a smooth, safe overnight operation across our hotels, including night reception duties and guest service.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service, a proactive mindset and strong communication skills. Previous hotel/night operations experience is advantageous, with a 18+ requirement for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to self-motivate, work independently and as part of a team.
• Hands-on and proactive approach.
• Night worker experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Coordinator in delivering smooth overnight hotel operations.
• Conduct regular security patrols and assist night reception activities.
• Complete administrative tasks and replenish hotel stock.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest and public areas.
