LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is looking for a Front of House Assistant (Nights) to join our AWESOME hotel team in Windsor. The role supports the Night Coordinator to ensure a smooth, safe overnight operation across our hotels, including night reception duties and guest service.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service, a proactive mindset and strong communication skills. Previous hotel/night operations experience is advantageous, with a 18+ requirement for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Coordinator in delivering smooth overnight hotel operations.

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, with hours between 10:00pm – 7:00am - weekend availability is required for this role.

Contract Type: Seasonal, Fixed Term

Join the AWESOME Hotel Team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort as a Front of House Assistant (Nights).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, hospitality, hotel operations, guest experience and night reception duties.

As a Front of House Assistant – Night Operations, you will support the Night Coordinator in delivering the smooth and safe overnight operation of our hotels. You'll be responsible for conducting regular security patrols, providing exceptional guest service, supporting night reception activities, completing administrative tasks, replenishing hotel stock, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout guest and public areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction. Experience in hotel reception, hospitality, night operations, security, accommodation services or front-of-house roles would be advantageous.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced hotel environment where creating memorable guest experiences is at the heart of everything we do.

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for Front of House Assistants (Nights) to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
