A leading family entertainment company is seeking an Accommodation Front Line Lead for the nights shift at their LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The role involves leading a team to ensure guest satisfaction and safety, responding to feedback, and driving effective team performance. Candidates should have experience in hospitality, preferably with team leadership skills, and be comfortable working night shifts. This position offers competitive pay at £13.34 per hour with a range of benefits including discounts and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a customer facing role within a Hotel or Hospitality function.
• Experience in a team leader function, comfortable leading a diverse team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous use of Opera PMS is advantageous.
• Must be over the age of 18 due to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Front of House Assistants throughout the night shift.
• Ensure overnight guests are happy and safe in their accommodations.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
