Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Housekeeping Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong people management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using hotel management systems such as OPERA PMS is advantageous.
• A guest-first mindset with a focus on quality, service, and continuous improvement.
