Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor, England is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms across all resort hotels. You will help ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for overnight guests and contribute to magical guest experiences.

This full-time seasonal position runs on a 5-out-of-7 schedule with a 09:00–15:30 shift window, and it includes training to develop high cleanliness standards and efficient room turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaner in a fast-paced hotel is desirable, training provided.
• Positive outlook and willingness to learn with high cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable on your feet for long periods and able to do heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms across all LEGOLAND Windsor Resort hotels.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and present rooms to guests after checkout.
• Interact with guests to create a magical and memorable stay while following safety protocols.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time, Fully Flexible, any 5 days out of 7, Shifts will cover hours between 09:00am - 3:30pm (average hours per week will be 27.5)

Contract Type: Seasonal, until January 2027

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are recruiting for Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our AWESOME Hotel Housekeeping Team!

Our Housekeeping Room Attendants look after our beautifully themed hotel rooms across all 3 of our resort accommodations, cleaning and prepping them for our guests before their arrival and after their checkout.

This is a hands-on role with lots of physical movement and heavy lifting, and you’ll have the opportunity to create special and memorable guest interactions as you work across our Hotels. Our overnight guests have an extra special touch of magic on their visit to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and you will play a key part in making sure their stay is Brick-tastic, with a beautifully clean and well-presented room to greet them after a long day of experiencing our rides, attractions and shows!

Qualifications & Experience

• Having experience of working as a cleaner within a fast-paced hotel environment is desirable however we will provide you with all of the training you need to succeed in this role! All we need from you is a positive outlook on learning and a keen eye for high cleanliness standards
• We’d love it if you have a keen eye for detail, and of course high standards of cleanliness
• This is a physical role so you must be comfortable to be on your feet for long periods of time, and comfortable with heavy lifting, bending and reaching

We are looking for Room Attendants to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
