MERLIN’s LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to guide a team of Housekeepers, Linen Porters and Public Area Cleaners, ensuring exceptional cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces in Windsor.

You will lead by example, conduct room inspections, manage stock and KPI targets, and support health and safety compliance while working a 5pm–1am shift in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping or cleaning teams in a hotel or overnight setting.
• Ability to review COSHH and Risk Assessments and to instruct others.
• Strong eye for detail with a focus on guest room cleanliness and public areas.
• Proven capability to manage stock, supplies and KPI targets.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and long shifts finishing at 1am.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Housekeepers, Linen Porters and Public Area Cleaners to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Oversee room inspections, operations safety, stock levels and KPI performance.
• Provide coaching, training and support to team members and liaise with People Team on employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and risk assessments.
• Motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a welcoming environment.

Hours: Full time, fully flexible any 5 days out of 7, 5pm – 1am

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we're recruiting for a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to join our AWESOME Hotel Twilight Team!

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you'll lead a team of Housekeepers, Linen Porters, and Public Area Cleaners, ensuring our hotels maintain the exceptional cleanliness standards that guests expect and deserve during their stay.

Working within our Hotel Housekeeping department, you'll lead by example, motivating your team to deliver outstanding guest service while maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You'll oversee room inspections, support health and safety compliance, manage stock levels, and drive performance against housekeeping and cleanliness KPI targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning operations, or team leadership who is looking to develop their people management skills. You'll play a key role in training, coaching, and supporting your team, handling employee relations matters professionally alongside the People Team, and ensuring high standards are consistently achieved across the operation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience within housekeeping as a room attendant or team leader
• Proven experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel or alterative overnight accommodation function
• Confident and comfortable to use cleaning equipment and chemicals, ideally with experience of reviewing COSHH and Risk Assessments
• Ability to lead the team effectively
• High quality attention to detail
• This is a physical, hands-on role so you will be comfortable to be on your feet undertaking physical work for long periods of time
• Relevant travel arrangements for shifts finishing at 1am
• Due to the shift times candidates must be over the age of 18

We are looking for a Housekeeping Twilight Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
