You will complete nightly audit procedures, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. Previous front office experience is desirable, with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the Front Office during the night shift, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all guests.
• Provide a warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience while handling guest enquiries and requests promptly.
• Complete all night audit procedures accurately, ensuring daily financial transactions are reconciled and reported.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues by conducting regular security checks and responding to incidents appropriately.
• Build positive working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Lead by example during the night shift, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere while supporting colleagues when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and operational processes, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the role.
• Prepare detailed handover reports and communicate key information to the daytime team to ensure continuity of service.
