The Gyle Hotel in London’s Camden area is seeking a Night Hotel Receptionist to join our 4* townhouse team. The role focuses on on-site night coverage, guest interaction, and smooth operations using Rezlynx PMS.

You will ensure security, respond to urgent issues, and maintain high standards of service during late hours. The ideal candidate will be well presented with a keen eye for detail, fluent English, and a passion for five-star guest journeys.

Competenze

• Experience as a Night Receptionist is preferred.
• Knowledge of Rezlynx PMS is essential.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

• Have comprehensive knowledge of the Rezlynx PMS.
• Deliver excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Check arrivals, credit limits and cash handling.
