Job summary

President Hotel in London’s Bloomsbury seeks a friendly Night Receptionist to join the Front Office team. You will manage reservations, amendments, and check-ins/check-outs, while promoting loyalty programmes and sharing knowledge of local attractions for an authentic London experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in front office or night reception, a strong customer-service mindset, and English proficiency. You’ll work a 40-hour week on a 5/7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in front office reception or night reception.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations and related amendments/cancellations.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Promote the 1837 Guest Loyalty Programme to guests.
• Provide expert knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
