Radisson Blu Hotel, London Leicester Square in London is seeking a Night Receptionist to provide courteous, efficient service to guests through the night, greeting guests warmly and maintaining the highest standards of service. You will work within a busy team, handling requests and queries both face-to-face and over the phone, continuously learning and developing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous reception experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to understand our guests’ needs to create exceptional service experiences.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Totally guest focused by delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and effective approach.
• Greet guests warmly and act as an ambassador for excellent service, handling requests and queries professionally.
• Work in a busy team environment, continually learning and developing.
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments for the next day.
• Conduct night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure guest safety and well-being.
• Promote the company values and behaviours at all times.
