Hyatt Regency London Stratford is seeking a Night Front Office Supervisor to oversee overnight Front Office operations, ensure accurate night audits, and manage guest check-in/out with a focus on exceptional service.

Applicants should have experience in premium hotel Front Office, be highly organised, and demonstrate proven leadership to guide and support the Night Receptionist team while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Front Office operations, ideally in the premium segment.
• Highly organised with strong multitasking skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and guide a team while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Night Audit processes and reports for accuracy.
• Ensure smooth operation of all Front Office functions overnight.
• Manage check-in/check-out for guests with efficiency and service.
• Provide guest-focused support throughout the night and meet needs promptly.
• Train and support the Night Receptionist team to uphold standards.
• Supervise Hosts and assist the Night Manager for smooth operation.
• Cover the Night Manager role as required.
