St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel, is seeking a Night Assistant Front Office Manager to guide the overnight front-of-house team in the vibrant Covent Garden area. You will support the Night Manager and drive guest-focused service through the night, ensuring calm, efficient operations and a safe environment for all guests.

• Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• A guest-first mindset and a reassuring, professional demeanour.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and night audit procedures.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager in overseeing front office operations during the night shift.
• Lead and motivate the night team, including reception, concierge, and security.
• Handle late check‑ins, early departures, and guest requests with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist with night audit procedures and prepare reports for the morning handover.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies with professionalism and care.
• Ensure all public areas remain secure, clean, and guest‑ready.
