Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a leadership role within luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience overseeing night audit and Front Office operations.
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.

• Manage late arrivals/early departures and resolve guest concerns during night shift.
