St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel, part of LGH Hotels Management, seeks a Night Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the overnight front desk team inCovent Garden. You will support the Night Manager, manage late check-ins and guest requests, and ensure smooth operations and a safe, welcoming atmosphere through the night.

Located in the vibrant Covent Garden area, the hotel offers iconic design and a dynamic, guest-centric environment where you’ll help deliver unforgettable overnight

Formación

• Experience in a front office or supervisory role in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• Guest-first mindset with a reassuring, professional demeanour.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and night audit procedures.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Night Manager in overseeing front office operations during the night shift.
• Lead and motivate the night team, including reception, concierge, and security.
• Handle late check-ins, early departures, and guest requests with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist with night audit procedures and prepare reports for the morning handover.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies with professionalism and care.
• Ensure all public areas remain secure, clean, and guest-ready.
