Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Front Office team member for our Manchester property. You will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and deliver outstanding service to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

In this role you will respond to inquiries, manage reservations, and collaborate with other departments. You will upsell hotel services while maintaining strict adherence to security and safety protocols, contributing to a first-class guest experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational abilities for reservations and check-in/out.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate guest information and bookings.
• Basic IT skills, including MS Office and email; familiarity with hotel management systems.

Responsibilities
