Job summary

bp retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts. You will engage with customers, support daily operations, and contribute to a friendly store atmosphere. Training will be provided to develop the skills needed for the role in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities include food and drink service from the Wild Bean Café, stock replenishment, and promoting bp offers. 18+ applicants welcomed to join a supportive team with career progression and employee benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or retail is desirable.
Willingness to work nights and in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Make safety a top priority for yourself, colleagues, and customers in line with bp policies.
Serve customers efficiently and address their needs promptly.
Foster a positive and inclusive store environment in line with bp beliefs.
Prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café.
Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.
Promote bp offers, promotions and the loyalty scheme.
Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities, and forecourt.
