Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts at a location in the UK. You will play a key role in serving customers, maintaining a friendly store atmosphere, and supporting food and beverage service at the Wild Bean Café.

Role involves handling deliveries, stock replenishment, and promoting bp offers while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store and forecourt. Training is provided to develop needed skills for the role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety of self, colleagues, and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serving customers efficiently to meet their needs.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Preparing and serving food and drink from Wild Bean Café.
• Taking deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks.
• Supporting bp’s offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all store, facilities, and forecourt areas.
