bp retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts at our Oxford location. You will support customers with a friendly, efficient service and play a key role in a busy Wild Bean Café environment.

No prior retail experience is required as full training is provided; your role will include stock replenishment, handling deliveries, and promoting bp promotions and loyalty schemes. 18+ applicants welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Serve customers and handle transactions in a courteous manner.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock, and manage stock tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities, and forecourt.
