Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts. You’ll work in a fast-paced BP store, serving customers, handling food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café, and supporting stock and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Handle deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.

• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt.
