BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts. You will be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail store, delivering friendly service and handling cafÉ items from the Wild Bean Café.

No extensive retail experience is required as you will receive online and on-the-job training to build the skills needed to perform the role confidently. We welcome applicants 18+ and offer supportive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service enthusiasm and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• No prior retail experience required; online and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and customer safety in line with bp policies and procedures.
• Serve customers efficiently and address their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the bp loyalty scheme proactively.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities, and forecourt.
