Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work nights in our store. You will support customers, handle daily tasks in the Wild Bean Café, manage deliveries and stock, and promote bp offers and loyalty schemes.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team; online and on-the-job training will support development.
• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues and the customer in line with bp policies and procedures.
• Serve customers efficiently, meeting their needs promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drink items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take in deliveries, replenish stock and perform stock management tasks.
• Be proactive in supporting bp offers, promotions and the bp loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities, and forecourt.
