BP Retail is seeking a customer service assistant for night shifts to join a fast-paced retail team. You will deliver friendly service, maintain store standards, and support café operations in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock, and manage stock tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions, and the loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities, and forecourt.
